The world is an ever-changing place and never more so than right now.  Many of us are feeling the significant and rapid change in the world today.  Many of us are wracked with fear about the change we see and somehow we know there will have to be changes within us over the next while.  Mother Earth and our oceans are a mirror of the many changes occurring at the natural level - a mirror of what is happening within us, too.

As human and spiritual beings we are being asked to remember who we are, to really get to know the “all” of us – the Light and Dark.  We can no longer keep running from the pieces of ourselves we judge as “less than”, running from the so-called “other” that repeatedly mirrors back to us those long-denied and unloved, unaccepted pieces of the authentic us.

When we commit to being all of who we are, are willing to shine the Light on our Dark, we open our closet door to the magnificence of who we are and what we are truly capable of as we begin to show mercy to ourselves.  Radically loving and accepting all of who we are is the beginning of transforming our relationship to ourselves and transforming the relationships in our lives.  We begin to live in the heart on a daily basis, we love and forgive without condition and we do by practicing on ourselves first.

Stay centred in your heart - loving unconditionally, listening, speaking and acting from this place of groundedness.
